All our products are in liquid form and pumped in, meaning greater accuracy in levels, and faster application.

Up until very recently, the most common screeds have been traditional sand and cement screeds which were dry mixed and laid by hand. The finish of these screeds was highly dependent on the skill of the floor layer and subsequently these screeds were inconsistent and unreliable.

Anhydrite Screeds

  • Extremely Fast Application – we are able to pump Anhydrite screed at a rate of 12 cubic metres per hour meaning that vast areas are achievable in a short space of time.
  • Affordable Price – Anhydrite is the cheapest of all self levelling, liquid screeds.
  • Foot traffic after 24 hours
  • Eco Friendly – made from 98% recycled material, Anhydrite screeds have a fraction of the carbon footprint of traditional sand and cement screeds.
  • Strongest of all screed systems

Pre-bagged Screeds

  • No Gypsum content – meaning cement based tile adhesives adhere directly to the surface without the need for scarifying, sealing or priming.
  • High strength at very low depths – some products can be applied as thin as 3mm, and low minimum coverage over pipes means that full underfloor heating systems can be achievable with just 15mm of depth.
  • Rapid setting times – these products can take foot traffic after just 3 hours, and can be tiled onto or finished with other floor coverings in just 24 hours, minimising disruption and time wastage on your project.
  • Convenience – Our suppliers stock a range of these products at all times so we can do jobs quickly without relying on deliveries from mixer wagons.

Cement based Readymix screeds

  • No Gypsum content – meaning cement based tile adhesives adhere directly to the surface without the need for scarifying.
  • Extremely fast application – we are able to pump these products at a rate of 10 cubic metres per hour meaning that vast areas are achievable in a short space of time.
  • Affordable price – although they are more expensive than Anhydrite screeds these products do offer a substantial saving from the rapid set pre-bagged alternatives.
